Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

When you browse the site we also receive limited technical information - pages viewed, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and browser and device type - which we use for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax and insurance requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
